These Terms of Use apply to abundantworksgroup.floot.app and the order, tracking, proof, quote, and request tools offered by Abundant Works Group LLC and its AWG Customs, AWG Insurance, AWG Creative, and PG Loc Lounge divisions ("AWG"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Custom orders and quotes

• Submitting an order request is not an accepted order. Your order begins when AWG confirms your quote and any required deposit.
• Pricing, deposits, timing, and any cancellation or refund terms are confirmed with you in your quote before production begins.
• Estimated completion dates depend on approvals, materials, and workload and may change. We will keep you updated.

Proofs and approvals

Please review every name, date, spelling, color, photo, and placement on your proof. Once you approve a proof, we produce the item as approved, and we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

Your content

When you upload photos, artwork, or wording, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. You give AWG permission to use them to produce your order. We may decline requests that include unlawful, hateful, or infringing content. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may photograph finished work for our portfolio.

Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party provider. Include your order number with your payment so we can apply it to the right order. Your balance updates after we confirm payment.

Insurance information

• Content about insurance on this site is educational. It is not an offer, a guarantee of coverage or benefits, or legal, tax, or financial advice.
• Coverage, eligibility, premiums, availability, and benefits vary by carrier, policy, state, and underwriting.
• No coverage is in effect until an application is approved by the insurance carrier and all requirements, including premium payment, are met.
• Insurance products and services are offered only in states where the licensed producer is authorized to do business.
• Submitting a quote request does not obligate you to buy anything.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access accounts or areas that are not yours, interfere with its operation, or submit false or harmful information. Staff areas are for authorized AWG team members only.

Ownership

The AWG names, logos, designs, images, and site content belong to AWG or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, AWG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
