After approval and payment, your project moves into production.
Clear terms before we create.
Under $150: full payment. $150–$500: $150 deposit. Over $500: 40% deposit. Remaining balances are due before pickup or delivery.
Standard turnaround is 5–10 days after payment and final project details are received. Large or complex builds may require more time.
Design services include up to three revisions. A new concept is not considered a revision and may require a new fee.
Custom payments and deposits are nonrefundable once design work, material purchasing, or production begins.
Pickup by appointment in Midwest City. Address sent with your order confirmation. Large-item delivery within the Oklahoma City area is $40. Delivery outside the local area requires a separate quote.
Obituaries, logos, flyers, and business-card designs are digital services only. Physical printing is not included.
