Once your proof is approved and payment requirements are met, we get to work. Pick it up locally or have it shipped.

Most orders take 1–2 weeks after proof approval, depending on the item and workload. Your quote confirms the exact deposit and remaining balance before production begins.
Pickup by appointment in Midwest City. Address sent with your order confirmation. Shipping is also available.

How do I start a custom order?
Scroll up to Start Your Custom Design, choose your item, add your details, and upload any inspiration. We review it and follow up with your exact quote and next available date.
How long does a custom order take?
Most orders are completed within 1 to 2 weeks after your proof is approved, depending on the item, design complexity, and our current order volume. Event and graduation dates get priority — tell us your need-by date when you order.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on your item, design complexity, and quantity. You will see your exact quote before any payment is required, so there are no surprises.
Is a deposit required?
Most orders require a deposit before production begins, with the remaining balance due once your item is ready. Your quote shows the exact deposit and balance amounts.
Will I see a proof before you make my order?
Yes, always. You review a full design proof and either approve it or request one included revision before production begins.
What if I need more than one revision?
One revision is included with every order. Additional revisions beyond that are billed at a small added cost, which we'll always confirm with you first.
How do I pay?
When your quote is ready, use Pay my quote to review it and pay your deposit or remaining balance through a secure payment link.
Can I pick up my order or have it shipped?
Both options are available. Local pickup is offered in the Midwest City / Oklahoma City area, or we can ship to you with shipping added to your final quote.

Use Track my order with your order number to see your current stage, balance, proof status, and estimated completion.
